I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen, or use app.thisweekeats.com/forgot-password.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled on the ThisWeekEats website, not in the app. Sign in on the website and open Subscription, or email us and we will help.
Something in my plan looks wrong.
Email us what you expected and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
Delete your account
You can delete your ThisWeekEats account yourself, or ask us to do it:
- On the web: sign in at app.thisweekeats.com/account, choose "Delete Account", confirm your email address, and tap "Delete My Account".
- By email: write to support@resolventtech.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my ThisWeekEats account". We will confirm when it is done.
If you own a family that has other members, transfer ownership or remove the other members first. The same applies if you manage other users.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in.
- Families you own, with their meal plans, shopping lists, saved recipes and invitations.
- Your membership in other people's families, your recipe ratings, feedback, support requests, usage records, and invitations you sent.
- Any subscription on a family you own is cancelled, and your customer record with Stripe, our payment processor, is deleted.
What may be kept
- Plans and lists in a family someone else owns stay with that family; only your membership is removed.
- Records of past payments that Stripe keeps under its own legal obligations.
- Our server logs may briefly keep a record that the deletion happened, including your email address.
